We went above and beyond on these, removing all surface skin to really expose that shine! Designed, programmed and CNC machined in less than 48 hours.

A range of bespoke fittings for a new customer in Norway. Internal swage stems and ferrules welded to bespoke threaded flanges, accompanied by NPT SS316 adapters. Stainless steel 316 crimp fittings / adapters, machined and shipped to a long standing customer of ours in Holland for assembly. These assemblies then made their way to Shell NIGERIA. The extra care and attention to detail from both parties made these really stand out.
Millennium Engineering have been involved in numerous bespoke fabrication jobs. Our most recent being an underground flush system, designed, manufactured and installed for state of the art rotary milking parlour. The system was designed around a large external tank which when required, effectively cleans the alleys and holding areas prior to the parlour. The finished product allowed for the user to have a very maintenance free system, whilst requiring very little labour to keep the areas clean.
A batch of Mini Cooper crank pulleys for a new customer of ours. Manufactured in two operations using a broaching method to create the keyway. Good swarf evacuation was the key to keeping the CNC machining time of these parts to a minimum.
